Laura is passionate about helping clients achieve balance and clarity to their everyday lives. Through a combination of holistic and solution based approaches, she assists clients through their healing process by regaining confidence regarding their own inherent strengths, increase awareness on the effect of their thoughts, feelings and actions, and guides them toward the best and most useful solutions to their personal issues. She provides each client a unique view and skill set that not only empowers her clients but leaves them with a sense of emotional freedom!
With nearly 20years experience, Laura has worked in a variety of clinical settings both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric, the Hillsbrough County Alternative Schools, the Florida State DUI/Addictions and Probation populations, USF Advocacy Program, The Institute for Survivors of Sexual Violence and Private Practice. She also has conducted numerous clinical workshops, lectures both private and corporate and conducts training workshops for other mental health practitioners in trauma resolution and hypnotherapy techniques. She currently is a featured writer for the Tampa Bay Wellness Magazine.

Laura Delle Donne-Schmidt is a licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Master Practitioner of Rapid Resolution Therapy® and Rapid Trauma Resolution®, Certified in Advanced Clinical Hypnosis, Certified Practitioner of Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Laura is also trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Neuron-Linguistic Programming, Meditation, and Reiki Healing techniques. Laura is a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.
Laura also received her Bachelor’s degree from Allegheny College in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s Degree from Nova Southeastern University in Mental Health Counseling.
