Mind/Body Awareness Skills for dissolving trauma, emotional upset and the physical effects that often accompany a trauma or distressing event, such as PTSD, Anxiety, Anger, Grief, Panic or Depression.
Learn to use techniques in Age Regression Hypnosis, Rational Hypnotherapy and the Library Brain, Generalized Scanning, Imagery for relaxing the conscious brain, Hypnosis Inductions, NLP Anchoring and basic Rapid Resolution skills!
